1. PV Solar Installer
We are looking for a qualified PV Solar Installer to join our team in Windhoek. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining photovoltaic (PV) systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Travel to project sites across Namibia will be required.

- Install and commission solar PV systems
- Perform electrical wiring, testing, and system commissioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and system faults
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
- Install inverters, batteries, distribution boards, and monitoring systems
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations
- Conduct maintenance and service work on existing installations
- Assist with system upgrades and expansions
- Complete site documentation and reporting
- Support project teams and supervise installation assistants where required
- Travel to project sites across Namibia as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Electrician with at least a National Trade Certificate OR Electrical General Level 3 (with relevant experience)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret complex electrical schematics
- Proven experience with solar PV installations
- Valid driver’s license (essential)
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Technical & Computer Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Basic network troubleshooting skills, including communication issues and IP address configuration

2. PV Solar Technician
We are looking for reliable and hardworking PV Solar Technicians to assist with the installation of solar PV systems across Namibia. This role involves supporting electricians and technicians on-site and performing a variety of hands-on tasks.

- Identify, analyse, and report system faults, alarms, and performance deviations
- Perform first-line remote troubleshooting and coordinate corrective actions with field technicians
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Maintain accurate records of system events, downtime, and maintenance activities
- Ensure monitoring systems are functioning correctly and escalate issues where necessary
- Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes and system performance

Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in monitoring solar PV systems or similar technical environments

- Basic understanding of solar PV system operation and performance
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license is advantageous
