Our Namibian office was established in 2026 as part of the Densys / SINNVEST Group in Germany, a network of companies with more than 20 years of experience in photovoltaic development, consulting, system operation, and solar component distribution.
The group’s roots date back to 2000 with the founding of PV5 Solarconcept GmbH. Over the years, the group expanded into PV wholesale, project brokerage, and the development and operation of its own solar systems.
Today, with strong engineering expertise through Densys Solutions GmbH, the group brings German technical know-how and long-term solar experience to support the growth of renewable energy in Namibia.

Foundation of the Group
The journey began with the founding of PV5 Solarconcept GmbH in Germany, establishing the group’s foundation in photovoltaic wholesale and solar project development.
Development & Operation of PV Systems
The group started developing and operating its own portfolio of photovoltaic systems, gaining extensive experience in the technical and commercial management of solar plants.
Expansion to Namibia
